Switch installation
Mounting and connecting new network switches, replacing aging or unmanaged equipment, and organizing patch connections so your network closet is tidy and easy to work on.
From the network closet to the front desk, we install, configure and repair the technology your business runs on, and we come to you.
We build and maintain the network, Wi-Fi, firewall, servers and backups behind your office, so everything connects reliably and stays protected.

New Ethernet runs to desks, printers, wireless access points and other devices. Every run is terminated, labeled and tested before we leave.
Setting up managed switches: port assignments, uplinks, Power over Ethernet for phones and access points, firmware updates and secure management access.
Setting up and tightening your firewall: access rules, port forwarding, remote access for your team, and keeping firmware up to date.
Separating your network into segments, such as staff, guest Wi-Fi, phones and cameras, so a problem on one can't spread to the others and traffic flows efficiently.
Planning, installing and configuring business-grade access points for strong coverage across your space, with separate secure networks for staff and guests.
Regular care for your on-site servers: updates and patches, health and storage checks, user and permission management, and troubleshooting when something goes wrong.
Setting up automatic backups for your servers and important computers, checking that they actually run, and restoring your files and systems when something fails.
Setting up the network video recorder for your security cameras: connecting it to your network on its own VLAN, recording schedules and storage, user access, and secure viewing from your phone or computer. We configure the recorder and network side; we don't install the cameras themselves.
We set up, repair and standardize the computers, printers and accounts your team uses every day, so they spend less time waiting and more time working.
New desktops and laptops unboxed, updated, connected to your network and loaded with the software your team needs, ready to use on day one.
Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems, from failed drives and memory to crashes, slowdowns and startup errors.
Building a standard setup for your business and deploying it to new or problem computers, so every machine is configured the same way and can be restored quickly.
Installing and connecting printers, scanners and multifunction copiers so everyone in the office can print and scan from their own computer.
Professional email on your own domain (you@yourbusiness.com), set up on every computer and phone, including moving your messages over from an old provider.
Setting up and managing your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account: users and licenses, shared files and calendars, and help when something isn't working.
Start with a one-time checkup, then keep things running with regular, scheduled visits.
A visit to review your network, Wi-Fi, firewall, servers, backups and computers. You get a plain-English summary of what's working, what's at risk and what we'd recommend fixing first.
